Septic Tank Truck
A septic tank truck, also known as a pumper truck or honey sucker truck, is a specialized vacuum truck that uses suction hoses and powerful vacuum pumps to remove septage (sludge, fecals, and wastewater) from septic tanks, cesspools, and portable toilets for disposal. These trucks feature large, durable tanks, often made from stainless steel or carbon steel, capable of holding thousands of gallons of waste. The collected waste is transported to a treatment facility for processing, which may involve water reclamation for applications like crop irrigation.
